Such pride is taken in every single item while we pour our heart and soul into each creation. If you do not see what you are looking for in my store, please send us a message our “contact page” and we will be honored to create a piece that is truly unique!

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19 THERE MAY BE PROCESSING DELAYS.
All orders shipped within the Domestic US are sent via USPS Priority mail or Fedex. International packages are sent via USPS First Class mail. If you require Priority EXPRESS, you must notify the shop owner beforehand.
USPS FIRST CLASS 3-7 days
PRIORITY DOMESTIC 1-3 days up to $50 insured
PRIORITY EXPRESS DOMESTIC 1-2 days guaranteed and $100 insured
FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL 2-4 weeks ship time depending on which country
PRIORITY INTL 6-10 business days $50 insurance
PRIORITY EXPRESS INTL 3-5 business days $100 insured
***ADDITIONAL INSURANCE AND SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION IS NOT INCLUDED UNLESS REQUESTED additional charges for these options will apply.
*A Rush fee can be applied to your order for an additional fee. Please message us to set this up for you.
Also, please be aware that custom clearance procedures differ per country and this may delay the arrival of your order.
Leah Maria Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the USPS or FEDEX.
PROMOTIONS & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We DO NOT offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.
It is highly recommended that you place your order well ahead of time before a special occasion. Every item is completed handcrafted by the designer, and since unforeseen circumstances may arise, we feel it is best to plan on placing your order at least 6 weeks in advance. Turnaround times do vary based on the item. At times different gowns / products have different processing times – for the most accurate processing time please refer to the description in the product listing.
- Merchandise can only be returned for a STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of the date your order shipped
- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON LMC WINGS – INCLUDING “PAYMENT PLAN” CUSTOMERS. PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AS THOSE FUNDS ARE USED TO PURCHASE MATERIAL AND TIME ALREADY INVESTED IN THEIR ORDER/ WINGS.
- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON LINGERIE AND BODYSUITS
- Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn with TAGS ATTACHED.
- All sale and clearance items are final sale
- No refunds/exchanges on custom designed / made and limited edition gowns
- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of returned items. Rush, Expedited and normal Shipping fees are non-refundable. For proof of delivery and for your records, please note the tracking number of your return package, if applicable.
- Store credit will be provided to the email address provided at checkout.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date issued
- Notify us at : email@example.com immediately upon receiving your package as to any issues, damages, etc. (Please note: images will be requested)
TO MAKE A RETURN
- Please refer to the return policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated
- Complete the return form sent with your order and include it inside the package with the item(s) you are returning.
- CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING
- Please email us / contact us for the return address and note tracking number if applicable
- Once your package is received please allow 5-7 business days for our Returns Dept to process
- A store credit will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
DUE TO OUR LIMITED QUANTITIES PER UNIQUE STYLE, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER EXCHANGES. HOWEVER, WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ISSUE A STORE CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURN. With that credit you can purchase your desired style and/or size.
